Dominic was born in 1982 in Lincoln, England. He studied violin making at the famous Newark School and then a foundation in art and design in Lincoln. His art education led him to London to study at Central St. Martins college of art where he gained a BA Hons degree in fashion design. 

Working exclusively from his studios in Lincoln and East Yorkshire, Dominic has developed an international collector base. He most recently exhibited with John Swarbrooke Fine Art in November 2021 at Simon Dickinson gallery, London, and previously was Artist in Residence at Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire 2019 and Lincoln Cathedral in 2016.
